We will be moving out of state in two months and I?m sad that I will have to leave SDD behind and will have to look for a new dental practice to go to. |

I needed kindness as well as skill. I was fearful. From the first moment Dr Cole began to work I instinctively knew I was safe! Dr Cole surprised me with his efficiency; he repaired two teeth in one visit, without pain, in a short amount of time. I felt so relieved to be where I felt so comfortable. His office staff are amazing. Friendly and smart, they easily explain the working plan for your needed treatments. Dr Cole had shown me the X-rays and camera pictures one tooth at a time, so I?d know specifically about each tooth. This dentist practice also has another dentist, Dr Olsen, whom I met today in the dental chair. I experienced exactly the same skill and efficiency with Dr Olsen! I?ll never use any other dental practice. Same Day Dental, they have everything you need. |

That being said, my anxiety level was *much* higher than I anticipated as soon as I walked in the doors. This was my first visit to a dentist in years, and the staff was welcoming from the start. Prior to my appointment, Dr. Olson came out and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. He was professional yet welcoming, which was very much appreciated. His assistant was also quite pleasant and welcoming. (Im terrible with names, I wish I could remember!) Overall I am very impressed and pleased, I plan to return and would recommend to anyone who asks. |

Love that Dr Cole took a sit down time to visit before our first exam to understand our desires and concerns. Exam very thorough and many pictures and visuals given to us as patients. Even got visuals of a tooth being drilled for filling. Nothing left to wonder about. Very transparent. Even when working at filling I never felt like it was rushed. We have concerns about over radiation issues from too many X-rays, and they have a newer cutting edge pano X-ray with minimal radiation, with only one X-ray needed. Respect given for asking to not have any fluoride. Jessica, nice job on the hygiene. And front office, very welcoming and attentive. Office folks can make or break a practice. The name does not equate to hurry up, but rather efficient, working smarter. Same Day Dental such a breath of fresh air! Thank you! |

Hes really took his time and made sure my bite was good, kept asking if I was doing okay and etc. My only complaints was that they ended up somehow cutting my lip on something (I was too numb to feel it), and now its swollen and really sore and they never said anything. My only other complaint is that I sat in the chair mid procedure more than I would have liked. At one point I sat for a solid 30 minutes with no one in the room. The next time was about 15. When they came back in, they never said anything, they just jumped right back in. Other than that I will definitely recommend him though and will be seeing him going forward. |
